We are happy to welcome you to the Elu ja Ilu Center. Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a calm and safe environment. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below.
Booking
Services can be booked:
By confirming a booking, the client is considered to have read and agreed to these house rules.
Arrival
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow the service to begin calmly and on time.
- In case of late arrival, the duration of the service may be shortened or the service may be partially or fully cancelled due to subsequent bookings. In such cases, the full price of the booked service still applies.
Cancellations and No-Shows
- Please inform us of any cancellation or rescheduling as soon as possible, but no later than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- If a service is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment or the client does not show up, the service provider has the right to charge 50% of the booked service fee.
- Cancellations can be made through the same channels used for booking.
Schedule Changes and Unexpected Situations
- We kindly ask for your understanding if a service occasionally takes longer than expected. Appointments may be delayed for reasons beyond the service provider’s control (e.g. a previous client requires more time).
- As in everyday life, clients or service providers may sometimes fall ill.
- If a client cannot attend due to health reasons, please notify us as soon as possible.
- If the service provider becomes ill or the service cannot be provided, we will inform the client at the earliest opportunity and do our best to find a suitable solution (a new appointment, another specialist, etc.).
Health and Safety
- Clients are asked to inform the service provider before the service begins of any health conditions, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or other factors that may affect the service.
- The service provider has the right to refuse service if it may endanger the health of the client or the provider.
